At BetterMe Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all athletic tags still attached.

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your gear to prevent damage during transit to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
